Homesites in Bear River Lodge vary in size and orientation. Homes can be off-frame modular, log, timber frame or site built, all on a permanent foundation. Minimum size to build is 1200 square feet. Short term rentals are allowed. A beautifully appointed Timber Frame Clubhouse and High Speed Fiber compliment over 1 mile of private, pristine trout stream as amenities.
